Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Help Desk Technician/Auditor &
Documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct internal IT-specific audits and create/modify IT
documentation
Provide technical support for end users primarily via phone, remote
access, or email
Manage user endpoints, software licenses, and maintain end-user
operating systems and applications
Required Qualifications
BS/BA in IT, CS, or a similar field
Certifications such as A+, VCP, or MCSE
Proficient in Microsoft products, especially Excel and Word
Time management and project management skills
Security-minded and process-oriented approach
