Key Responsibilities

Mentor and oversee design team members while managing time to meet

Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in digital design
Proficiency in typography, color theory, layout, and art
direction
Experience in developing digital experiences that align with brand
strategy
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Experience in mentoring and overseeing junior designers
