Key Responsibilities
Define and execute a strategic vision for the medical test
preparation business
Oversee product development and innovation to enhance curriculum
and learning experiences
Direct daily operations and manage resources to achieve financial
targets and program effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in education, business, healthcare, or a related
field
10+ years of experience in education, test preparation, curriculum
development, or healthcare sectors
At least 5 years in a senior management role
Strong understanding of medical education and licensing
standards
Proven track record of leading product-focused organizations and
achieving growth targets
